Step 1. Take pick-up sticks (or bamboo canes – бамбуковыетрости) and a string (or doweling [ˈdaʊəlɪŋ]- крепление штырями).
Step 2. Make a cone shape with the sticks (or bamboo canes) and tie them at the top with a string.
Step 3. Drape (to drape – повесить) or wrap a handkerchief and then then old felt.
Step 4. Pin or secure them all together with the safety pins (булавки) or pegs (прищепки) at the back.
Step 5. Make a slit cut (щелевой разрез) for an entrance.
